The title is The Recipe For Life and followed by INGREDIENTS: A brand new home, Fitted kitchen with cooker, Fitted bathroom, A location close to transport and schools, An affordable monthly cost. plus reference notes in 4 languages Gujarati, Hindu, Punjabi and Urdu.

Other "POS." materials leaflet and brochure. Brochure was designed to portray the location of the houses as well as to give a good idea of the design of each categories such as plan of each floor and the Facade.

The main concept image of the campaign was use on the cover in a cutout format plus the title "the recipe for life"

The logo for this project was based on the widely used pattern in Asian decorative art in contrast colour to represent the joint venture scheme of the project surrounded with the name of the project "HELETHORNE PLACE" which is the name of the area.
